What’s perhaps even more disturbing, is the crowd of licensed Victorian racing participants who are welcoming Weir back to the industry with applause.
The expiration of Weir’s disqualification doesn’t mean he’ll get his trainer license back without re-applying. However, it doesn’t seem like he needs his own license to carry on his wicked ideas on training racehorses, as he’s now allowed to join his daughter Taige when she’s training her racehorses.
